Our annual general meeting will be held at the Ma-Me-O Beach Community Hall on July 25, 2026.

The doors will open at 9AM. We encourage you to join us early and enjoy some refreshments, pick up interesting resources, and connect with other PLWA Community Members!

We will start the business meeting at 9:30AM. During this time we will review the activities of the association, approve our 2025 audited financials, and elect members to our board of directors*! Check back soon for a full, detailed agenda.

We are also excited to share that local entomologist and former PLWA Director, Felix Sperling, will be joining us to share a special presentation with the community!

All are welcome, but please note that only PLWA members** may participate in director elections and voting.
