Ma-Me-O Beach Cleanup Recap
Our shoreline cleanup on the evening of June 5 was a huge success! 13 volunteers worked to collect, sort, and count more than 310 pieces of garbage in an hour. While there was plenty to collect on the beach itself, several pieces were found in trees and shrubs above the retaining wall. These items included cans, bottles, and articles of clothing.
