Bug Bingo

Get outside and get ready to go looking for bugs around Pigeon Lake with this family fun bingo card! The best time to do this activity is in spring and summer.

What You Need:

  • Binoculars

  • Bird Bingo Card

  • Pencil, Marker, Stickers or Bingo Dauber

  • Magnifying Glass

What to Do:

  1. Download and print the PLWA Bug Bingo Card

  2. Go on a nature walk with friends and family! We recommend exploring one of Pigeon lakes local trails such as Rundle’s Mission, Graves Wildlife Sanctuary, or the walking trail at the Village at Pigeon Lake

  3. Look for the different bugs, please do not touch them, let them be.

  4. When you identify the right native plant mark your card with a pencil, marker, sticker, or bingo dauber.

  5. When you get a line, yell BINGO!

  6. For an extra challenge, see if you can complete the entire Bug Bingo Card!
