2026 Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General Meeting will be held at the Ma-Me-O Beach Community Hall (615 2 ave. Ma-Me-O Beach, AB) on July 25, 2026.
The doors will open at 9AM, and the business meeting will commence at 9:30AM. We encourage you to join us early and enjoy some refreshments, pick up interesting resources, and connect with other PLWA Community Members!
During the meeting we will review the activities of the association, approve our 2025 audited financials, and elect members to our board of directors! We will also enjoy a special presentation by local entomologist and former PLWA Director, Felix Sperling! Our meeting materials are available below:

All members of the Pigeon Lake community are welcome to attend the meeting, however only PLWA members are eligible to participate in the business meeting and vote in our board elections.
The PLWA Code of Conduct applies during all PLWA sanctioned events and meetings. We ask that all those in attendance adhere to the Code of Conduct and act in an appropriate and respectful manner.
