Bird Bingo

Get outside, grab your binoculars and get ready to go bird watching around Pigeon Lake with these family fun bingo card! The best time to complete this activity is during spring and summer because some of the species migrate during winter months.

What You Need:

  • Binoculars

  • Bird Bingo Card

  • pencil, marker, stickers or bingo dauber

  • Bird Identification book (recommended)

What to Do:

  1. Download and print the PLWA Bird Bingo Card

  2. Go on a nature walk with friends and family! We recommend exploring one of Pigeon lakes local trails such as Rundle’s Mission, Graves Wildlife Sanctuary, or the walking trail at the Village at Pigeon Lake

  3. Look for birds with your binoculars or listen for their calls.

  4. When you spot or hear a bird mark your card with a pencil, marker, sticker, or bingo dauber.

  5. When you get a line, yell BINGO!

  6. For an extra challenge, see if you can complete the entire Bird Bingo Card!
